Brooke Posateri has been named Administrative Director at Cordova (Ill.) International Raceway.
Posateri has served on the track’s safety crew for the past 14 years. Earlier this year, she was promoted as the safety crew leader where she set a shining example of taking care of those who were injured or suffering illness.
CIR has long been known for providing excellent service to its racers, fans and employees and Posateri fits well into that mold. Known for her friendly demeanor, she has a well-earned reputation for being helpful in addressing the racers’ and fans’ questions and concerns.
“Brooke brings a positive attitude and a great outlook to her new role,” Cordova International Raceway President Dominic Blasco said. “She greets people with a smile and anyone who comes in our offices can be assured she will assist them in the best way possible. From the first day we were introduced, Brooke has been a guiding light for all of us here and we welcome her as Administrative Director. We are certain she will be very successful in her new position.”
It’s a busy time at Cordova International Raceway with the Motion Raceworks Street Car Shoot Out set for Friday and Truck Mania scheduled for Saturday. Only week remains until CIR has its traditional Oktoberfest event on Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
